Fary Lochan Distillery

At Fary Lochan, we cherish our intimate distillery, a place of unique and memorable experiences. Beneath its foundation, winding underground tunnels snake through the cellar, home to barrels brimming with some of Denmark's most distinctive quality whiskies. Above these shadowed corridors, our structures house Scottish stills. They meticulously craft the signature whisky we release in limited editions each year. As the whisky is distilled, it courses through interconnected pipes, binding our entire facility together. Set amidst the natural beauty outside, our historic smokehouse stands—a testament to where Jens-Erik once smoked the inaugural malt, a tradition we uphold in our current production. At Fary Lochan, our doors are open to all. Our guided tours immerse visitors in the heart of our distillery and production process, culminating in a curated tasting session in our cozy shop.
