Harz Camp Göttingerode

In short: friendly service, slightly outdated facilities, very good location. After a friendly reception we could choose a pitch ourselves. The site is split into two parts on each side of the access road, but both sides have nice parcels. The facilities are slightly old, but kept clean and nice. The showers cost 50cent for 2 minutes, which you have to put into a box OUTSIDE the shower cabin. There was hardly any mobile phone coverage, but Wi-Fi is available as additional cost. The location is very good for exploring Goslar and Bad Harzburg, two very beautiful cities near by.

You have to pay for everything extra. The water saving techniques might work, but you feel very uncomfortable. Woman at the counter is not nice sometimes.

Food fantastic - - - very grumpy ole git runs the reception god I'd not go back.... The campsite is adjacent to builders yard "grim"
