Come and stay at Kullholen Farm! Peaceful countryside, yet near the city of Borlänge. Small farm with peafowls and chickens. Nearby you will find: Gyllbergen (hiking, berries and mushrooms) Dalsjö Golf (with Padel Tennis) The lake Runn and river Dalälven Shopping (Kupolen, IKEA, Norra Backa) World Heritage of Falu Gruva The waterpark Aqua Nova Please notice: During mating season (all of may-july) the peacocks are very vocal. They have a strong voice with a distinct sound. We who live with them LOVE the sounds they make, we find them exotic and deligtful and always make us smile. But we do realize that all people aren't as delighted as we are. So if you are sensitive to sounds, you should pick a spot for your camp as far away from the avairies in zone A as possible. Please note that: - We are not a "full camping", we are just offering campers to use our garden. - We can provide a place to get fresh water, and access to electricity (depending on what you have booked), but no other facilities or conveniences. - The camping spots that are avaliable is out in our (no longer used) animal pastures. The ground has a slight slope, and consists of grass covered clay soil. If your vehicle is very heavy the ground might be too soft for it, especially in case of heavy rain right before or during your visit. If your vehicle is of a heavier kind, we recommend to book our "Zone D" which is right by our house were the ground is firmly packed.
