Zenas-Pedersholt

Zenas-Pedersholt is a small organic farm of approx. 10 ha located approx. 5 km from Dybvad in the middle of Vendsyssel between Volsted stream and Voer river. In 2001, we acquired the property, which was then being converted to ecology. We brought a small bunch of Hereford Limousine Crossings, which we think provide a good piece of meat. At the same time, we laid out a piece of land for growing organic strawberries and other berries and began a total remodeling and new construction of the property. We have chosen to place emphasis on high quality, which is why we have chosen ecology and sustainable production. This means that we place emphasis on decency, ethics and health. We sell all cuts of vacuum-packed, deep-frozen Hereford-Limousine cattle of organic and high quality. We also have different spiced sausages: an alm. spicy, a garlic and a chilli sausage, grilled sausages and ground beef. In addition to meat, we also produce a range of healthy organic juices, jams with many special products as well as organic mustard, spice salts, dip and salad dressings. In addition, we produce teas, dried organic products such as Strawberry Leather, which is an alternative to sweets or snacks. We also produce chutney and pickled products. Welcome to our farm!
