The only positive thing is the view of the cows and the sea, it's lovely. But, it's a very messy farm with a parkingspace for campervans. You'd be parked in between building materials and a lot of broken old machinery. The owner advertises it's suitable for tents, but it's not. You'd have to bring your own toilet and shower (and I was traveling by bicycle, so I didnt bring a port-a-potti). And yes, in hindsight, it apparently was stated on the website but at the time I didn't know. I think if you advertise a place as suitable for tents, there will be some facilities. So I tried to ring the owner to ask about a toilet and shower, but the number didn't work or I had bad reception, I don't know. I sent a couple of messages but no reply. So after 45 minutes of waiting around I left. Later that evening I received an answer from the owner, which he did send earlier but after I'd left. Apparently there was a toilet, he's just hidden it somewhere. Instructions on the site would have been nice, I'd probably stayed if I knew there was a toilet. I asked for my money back which he refused, because the website says there are no toilets and showers. Yes later I saw that too, but you really have to search for that information. Still, this messy farm is NOT suitable for tents. If you're travelling with a campervan and you don't care about parking in the middle of a garbage dump, then please go to this site.

This was the best stop on our 3 week trip! We will definitely come back. Peace and quiet surrounded by highland cows and chicken. The beach is very close and the water perfect for kids since it’s very shallow. Make sure to checkout the local vegetable store.
