Welcome to Nederhögen Vildmarkscenter between mountains in the middle of the forrest, listening to the quiteness, the birds, the true sounds of nature. You can start directly with hiking or mountainbiking from our campsite for kilometers and hours if you would like. Go fishing, find blueberries, pick mushrooms or just sit and relx and read a book. In wintertime we have our own cross-country ski track, within 15/20 minutes you are around 3 different ski areas for downhill skiing/snowboarding. Or to go on a husky tour, ice fishing, snowshoe walking. And offcourse year round you can make a campfire for grilling hamburgers, make your own bread, marshmallows or even make the famous traditional pancakes. Close by we have different magnificent waterfalls, cultural or historical points to visit. Besides the campsite, we can offer a hostel with 16 rooms. There is a café / restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and offcourse fika. If you would like to do some activities there is a recreation room with billiards, table tennis, darts, but also some fitness equipment. Offcourse there are some toys, skelters for the kids. And we have a small library where you can find different books. There even is a bastu / sauna to completely have the opportunity to relax. Very happy with the stay! Easy place. Nice atmosphere. Good room. Very thankful for the help with starting my car the next day. The battery had died due to the extremely cold weather. For future guests: bring and engine heater in the winter. This location is usually colder than the surroundings because it’s located on a high altitude.

Stopped for an overnight stay on the way up to Åre. Got a family room with plenty of room for a large family and dog. Affordable, clean and fresh, good breakfast and good self-service options. Nice owners. Very good in relation to the price.

What friendly and helpful people these are. And what can that woman (Ellen) cook? Nothing is too much for Jp and even the children are great to deal with with a lot of respect. This is a place I will definitely return to. Very clean rooms and sanitary facilities.
