For 12 generations - or more than 300 years - the Hedeager family has developed Hedeagergaard in harmony with nature. Hedeagergaard is located by the small West Jutland town, Ølgod. On the farm we run a small biodynamic farm, with beef cattle and pigs. In the year 2011, we transformed the farm from being an organic to a biodynamic farm. We did this in an effort to create the best conditions for the animals, plants and the soil. Our biodynamic products thus also help to create the best conditions for humans. At Hedeagergaard you are always sure that the animals, plants and the soil are treated with the utmost respect and not least a little bit of love. Welcome!

Kødet er fantastisk, men bagselv-leverpostejen er godt nok en tand for salt. Synes Chriss er sej, så respekt for det han laver. Svar til Chris: Ift. salten, så er det forståeligt, at folk synes noget forskelligt. Desværre kan man bare ikke selv tage salten ud af leverpostejen. Dem, der vil have mere salt i, kan nemt putte det på. Så jeg stemmer stadig for en saltfattig leverpostej.
